  • Compliance officers review disciplinary final orders to identify the penalties and due dates imposed and to monitor compliance with the final order. Staff communicates with the subject of the final order, attorneys and investigators throughout the term of discipline. Failure to comply with the requirements of the final order will result in a referral to the Consumer Services Unit for possible further disciplinary action. Upon compliance with conditions of the final order, a letter of completion is sent to the subject.
