Optometry Branch Renewal

Current licenses will expire at midnight, Eastern Time, on February 28, 2013

The process of renewing a license may take two to three weeks. Initiating contact to confirm the receipt of fees or the status of your license prior to this time will not expedite the renewal process.

Delinquent licenses that expired on February 28, 2011 became null and void on March 1, 2013.

Chapter 64B13-6.001 requires that multiple Branch Offices pay a $30.00 fee for each additional branch office location after the initial renewal fee of $105.00. You will receive a license for each additional branch office.
