  • In order to be scheduled for an examination, an individual must first apply (doc - 134kb) for Florida certification.
  • Once the candidate is deemed eligible, the Certification Office for EMT/Paramedic will forward his/her information to MQA Testing Services, who will send it to Prometric.
  • Candidates are responsible for scheduling their examination appointment with Prometric, and paying for the exam after receiving confirmation from the Certification Office for EMT/Paramedic.
  • RE-EXAM you need to reapply (doc - 134kb) to both Florida, and the NREMT and pay the applicable fees.
