You can follow the progress of your application for EMT or Paramedic through MQA's online application website at: http://ww2.doh.state.fl.us/mqaservices/login.asp. Once there, enter your username and password to check your application status. These were mailed to you when we first received your application. If we require further documentation or information to process your application, this will also be viewable.
