Welcome to the Drugs, Devices, and Cosmetics Program (formerly known as Statewide Pharmaceutical Services)
The Drugs, Devices, and Cosmetics Program is responsible for enforcing Florida's Drug and Cosmetic Act, Chapter 499, F.S. The purpose of this act is to safeguard the health of the public and protect the public from injury by product use and merchandising deceit involving drugs, devices and cosmetics, as well as false and misleading advertising.
