Septic Tank Contractor Registration

Septic tank contractor registration renewals began August 15th, 2011.  Any contractor not renewed by September 30th became inactive.  All persons practicing septic tank contracting within the State of Florida are required to renew their registration annually.  The renewal fee is $100 and should be submitted with the renewal application (23 kb pdf) to the Bureau of Onsite Sewage Programs at the address listed below.

The biennial cycle for septic tank contracting business authorizations begins February 15 of every odd year. The next cycle will begin February 15, 2013. All septic tank contractors doing business as a corporation, partnership, or association, and those individual contractors practicing septic tank contracting under a fictitious name, are required to renew their business authorizations. The renewal fee is $250 and should be submitted with the renewal application (30 kb pdf) to the Bureau of Onsite Sewage Programs at the address listed below. Business names must match those filed with the Secretary of State.
